Experience
I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years. Food has long been a true passion. I grew up in the small country town in Oregon, picking vegetables from our garden and catching salmon with my father. Having spent the last 17 years living in Florida, southern cuisine has become a large part of my life. Restaurants I worked at include Michelin starred French fusion, classic French bistro and American style grills. Working with people from all over the world and being well traveled helped me perfect creativity in my menus.
Mission
I want what I serve to please the palate as much as the eye. Eating needs to be a complete experience. I know my way around a lot of different cuisines including vegetarian, French, southern, Spanish and Asian. I enjoy grilling in the summer just as much as preparing delicate hors d'oeuvres. I am an environmentally conscious chef who uses local and seasonal ingredients, in order to improve the overall flavors and experience. I have a professional yet friendly attitude. I think that food love should be shared. So, I am happy to teach as I am preparing, if you wish!

Private chef experience:
Similar to a personal chef I come to your home and cook an amazing meal for you and your guests. Food is brought to your home some items I prepare ahead of time but mostly everything is done at your home.
Prepared meal plan:
Have food prepared and delivered to you at the beginning of your work week so you do not need to worry about cooking dinner for you and your family. We will discuss any dietary restrictions, allergies, food storage and heating of foods during a consultation to make sure you get what you want.
Cooking classes in home:
Have you ever wanted to learn how to cook the perfect piece of fish or properly cook asparagus? I would love to come to your home and teach you and your guests proper cooking techniques and ways to cook with the equipment you already have in your kitchen. I am more than happy to teach while I am cooking for your party.

Une soirée d’anniversaire sur mesure!
Le chef Kyle a conçu un menu sur mesure pour un souper d’anniversaire. La formule tapas/cocktail dînatoire était parfaite pour notre groupe de 30 convives! Les 5 types de bouchées proposées étaient délicieuses, bien présentées et en quantité plus que suffisantes! Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et tout le monde a apprécié. Chef Kyle a laissé la cuisine dans une propreté étincelante (notre hôte était impressionnée de voir son four si scintillant!). Je recommande ses services sans hésiter!

WOW! From start to finish, Kyle was a polished professional. He was easy to stay in touch with, offered an amazing menu and had no problem adding a few requested touches. Kyle arrived on time, made a meal fit for a king, cleaned up afterwards and was nothing short of perfect. I can't imagine a better experience from personality to presentation. My friends are still talking and posting about this unique experience.

Boss in the kitchen!
We hired Chef Kyle to design and prepare dinner on Valentine’s Day. The choice of meals and the combination of flavours that he chose were just perfect. He also served the meals, poured our wine and cleaned up leaving us with nothing to do but to enjoy our evening. We had pleasant conversations together and had a great time. Were going to hire him again to cater another event. I strongly recommend you do to.

Fabulous meal for our special Montreal event! We were in Montreal celebrating my son's bachelor party and we had Chef Kyle make us a special meal. My son loves traditional French Canadian food and Chef Kyle delivered. We had steak tartare, pork belly cooked with maple syrup, and a luscious dessert that included gluten free cake, caramelized maple syrup, and ice cream. Kyle came fully prepared and the meal was delicious. Clean up occurred without us even noticing it. Some of us like to cook and Chef Kyle was more than willing to share what he did to make the meal and what was special about the ingredients he used. My son has celiac disease and Chef Kyle e was happy to accommodate the dietary restrictions required. I would highly recommend Chef Kyle for your next event.
